Well what can I say? Clicking ignore is obviously the best way of dealing with errors X_x how about clicking on "Copy to Clipboard" and pasting that shit in here so somebody can do something about your errors?
But enough of that, first make sure you didn't extract 0.06.1 into the same folder you had 0.06 installed to. Then delete your savegame folder inside the game folder of it, go to %appdata%\RenPy\LoveandSubmission-1508079782\ delete everything inside. Try again, and if there's an error message popping up don't be a dick and click ignore, click on copy to clipboard and paste it in here....
p.S.: Yes, it's absolutely ok to express your dissatisfaction, but keep it in a constructive way and don't shout around "I got error, do it better" it's not helping you, it's not helping veq, it's just trolling around. If you want help and the errors fixed you better do the steps mentioned above next time you encounter an error, else keep it to yourself because noone can do anything about errors not specified.
Okay I will try to be more calm next time . But you must understand one thing , I have plenty of games on my laptop and they all work fine except this one . Sorry if I came across to harsh and after I end each version I usually delete the game entirely and when I see new version I download it again . I will check that path you mentioned though.

Well I'm definitely sorry to cause you this headache, but so far this fatal error you are describing hasn't been named anywhere else, at least not in 0.06.1.
While my game releases always had bugs here and there (0.02 - 0.06), I always made sure that at least there are no gamebreakers, since that would rend the whole release useless to anyone.
Again, I hope Palantos suggestion can help you there, but you are def in good hands.

Ive played the older version and got to the end of that update which was way better than the shit i am getting now.

Please make sure you are
a) indeed playing a FRESH installed 0.06.1 and
b) also not use old saves.
if you do run into an error please post them here with as much as information as possible.
I am compiling a list and work on it (yes I'm more confident to actually fix bugs the proper way unlike older releases)

I assume you are having a fresh 0.06.1 install and also not use an OLD save.
The dialogue tells you that the MC (you) wants to check on his phone first before visiting Amy.
Also there is the questlog function (only active with new 0.06 saves btw) that guides you step by step what you need to do.
