It is the end of the current content, yes. It should end at 3 looped dots. I didn't put an official warning this time because this event will continue with another update but that may be a mistake on my part. You really should say something. There's no way for us to know if it was an artistic choice that will end eventually or if it is just a loop. Had to come here and check to see if I was missing something.
It definitely confuses players so it needs to be changed. The next update won't be a beach trip yet so I'll make sure to add a warning at the end of that event. (or maybe I'll add it as soon as possible)
I look forward to seeing where this is going. I also look forward to seeing how the beatch trip goes terribly, terribly wrong. It is obvious you are putting lots of effort into the story and the relationships are interesting.
That's something that I thought about myself. Can't promise right now how it will turn out but I'm currently reworking worst-looking events and improving the game's overall feeling. A map with built-in navigation is also something I planned to do from the start.
