Let us start with praising a essential design choice. This game follows the College Daze school of thought. Stat grind is pointless. The game is not a game, it is a interactable novel and all people want is extremely kinky porn, choices and, story. I love the three routes mechanic for each character and different dialogue as they are corrupted with different fonts.
What I would like to see more is greater lore on the Alien entity inside of the MC, greater personality and story interactions between characters and more banter between the MC and the Alien. I like the idea of a corruption friend the MC can talk to and grow closer to. Porn text could be improved to show more Inner Pov effected by the transformations. More foreplay, back and forth dirty dialogue and greater description of erotic sensations causing pleasure would add to the experience.

I agree. Compared to Bimbo Life Coach, these are not strong bimbo modelsNGL, the "bimbo" versions of "sis" and "mom" are kinda ugly imo. I don't know what I was expecting but certainly not that
Love route is quite simple but will require dev to flex some writing muscles so that's gonna be interesting.
Corruption is pretty cool, especially with girls getting "extra" special fetishes

There will be more lore with Lily coming; it's just not immediate and will be explored over time. I am ultimately making a game (definition up to interpretation, but that's not important.) where porn is the priority, and the story is the wrapping surrounding it. That's not to say the story isn't important; it's obviously very important. But what I mean is that there is a balancing act of time spent there, especially when it comes to writing character interactions between characters who are all in different routes. That takes significantly longer to do and isn't very porn relevant. Don't get me wrong, though. I love writing those parts, but there is indeed a balancing act there.
I don't have much to say about the rest of your comment except that I really appreciate the feedback again. This is a new experience for me, and I know there is a lot to learn, but I hope to improve as best I can!

I've seen some hints at feminization, and I think I'd be okay with that, it's just pretty much all feminization content results in the guy getting with another guy.
I think there should at least be options to let the MC become a female and engage in lesbianism, and avoid having sex with men. I like the idea of bimbofying yourself, I just am not into the idea of having sex with men as a woman. I'd also prefer if there are futa transformation options for the MC.
Maybe there should be three alternate routes for the MC? One could be more hyper masculine, one could be a futa that's a bit half and half, and one could be a very feminine woman. I think maybe there should be some sorts of sub-options too, like being a bimbo futa, or regular bimbo, maybe corruption routes can lead you to becoming more like a dominatrix, or maybe there should be options to have it backfire and become more of a sub.
Basically all I want is options for MC-transformation stuff.

Trans is still a maybe. At least no plans yet.
I have some ideas in regards to that in the future, but not a lot of it is finalized. Still, I can say that men won't be forced upon you, and adding some lesbian content is something I want to add as well. But I'd like to state again that this game is mainly about transforming others while MC TF is side content, so it's bound to not have as much to do with that as other games do.
Appreciate the ideas as always though!
