actually it's not even crashing, it just does not start the game, double click it and nothing happens...

Could it be related to Vram?
From the limited data we see here the people with issues have 2GB or less.
Folks with the problem are stating that the game does not even initialize, sadly.I wouldn't know where to start to figure this shit out

well, 128mb compared to the 24GB of your 4090..... or maybe it´s a Radeon problem, unclear until now.
actually 4GB is equal to 1024MB that means you have vram 32times bigger then him. And even you card shows 3% utilization

it's coz the new update is is small in size. It' only the Nicki scene (pretty much)
I saw another post from a user that mentions that the game works well with his GTX1070 8GB Vram and does not work with his newer laptop with a Geforce 820M which only has 1024 MB of Vram.
It shouldn't be a radeon problem as I am playing on a 7900XTX without issues whatsoever.
From what I have seen in the other users posts, I am leaning towards the Vram size being the main culprit, but due to the small sample we cannot be sure 100%.

it's crazy considering that we're talking about a renpy game and I got to play games that are "heavier" like shadow of tomb raider, shadow of mordor, witcher and so on in this same computer...

Glad you enjoyed it, I think this game deserves much more visibility than it actually has.
Sadly you brought up one of the weak points of the game, there are many unanswered or unexplored threads.
Mia there is probably joking (granted it is a joke I would expect from a 16 yrs old) and Lacey completely misunderstand it.
The main question would be why would Mia joke like that with a person that takes everything at face value (or at least we are told so), is another question altogether.
But that is probably what makes some parts of the game interesting, no? so many questions...
