I just made a report about the version numbers on the OP. It can be confusing for folks when this isn't kept up to date. The should be:
v1.6.12k (Book 1) v1.2.7i (Book 2) v1.1.9d (Book 3)
Hopefully that gets corrected.

I see, gonna give the game a try. Does new game plus add anything new or is it just for replaying the story with no grinding?

It adds more content and is easier because you keep all your gems and start with 10k and I think 10 in each stat.
(The more ng+ games you play the more higher level gems you start the next ng+ playthough.)
It is also hard to get all the achievements in 1 playthrough.
Before I stop playing I have over 1000 hours of play with each playthrough taking about 80 hours for the regular game and 1 ng+ game, then I play about 12-14 ng+ adding in more gems.

like the inspiration (Persona 4/5), the NG+ mode is meant to be played after you complete the game. If you start the game with the end of game save, it'll start you off with more resources (10,000 cash, +10 stats, all your old gems), and change the dialogs in various places. It also adds in some new optional events.

It doesn't really make sense to jump straight to NG+, since its writing assumes you've played through the game once. If you just want to cheat stats, Ctrl+J will enable the cheat menu, and you can manually add stats/resources/cash.

So I'm up to act 3 book 1 and seen a bit now with the chosen girl molly, does he actually fall for them or just sees them as followers? What I've seen so far it's more of a slave relationship and if bella is a chosen that's gonna ruin my mood if MC treats her like he's treating molly. Just hard since honestly I like katie way more than the princess and it's kinda hard to get through the story when she's the LI. Does mc really fall for the chosen ones or just more than friends with benefits but not as close to love? Like right now it doesn't feel like a harem story and more just one LI and some sex slaves.

Like the only games I can think of with harem is barewitness and once in a life time harem routes that I've actually liked and played many harem so called games.

Each Chosen has her own personality, and MC responds to each accordingly. Molly is a bit of a bisexual nympho... Bella isn't.

Don't care about spoilers, just want to know if mc actually loves bella or not. Like is it just being magic making them bond together and he just sees it as that and just goes with the flow or actually likes her. Played way too many of these AVN I've regretted because just how it ends with the girl I like. If this game was much shorter then sure I wouldn't mind that much but since it's so long if I dislike it then that's a lot of time wasted.

I get people like bella and so do I but I've played enough AVN to know the fav girl isn't always the a girl the MC loves even if you do everything to pick her. I get this is a harem game but so far it feels more like a one LI and causal sex with other girls.

Just spoil the main part how it develops do they fall in love with eachother? or it feels more the princess is the LI and the chosen are just there because the magic/gods or whatever is making them a chosen?

Like right now I'm following the step by step guide because that's how I like to play these games, annoyed it didn't get updated and the wiki one looks confusing as hell.

Yes, MC loves Bella. Very deeply.

And yes "princess" is main LI without any doubt... But there is unmistakable love between him and chosen... And yes it will result in funny situations and sometimes it will backfire.

Okey that's all I needed thanks. Btw I haven't really been focusing on the side quests, is it something I need to do for the main story? Like haven't finished the black rose quest.

Where there is side quest... go for it!
Some of those are most hillarious moments in triology (You have time to progress in Black Rose if you are in ACT3)

You can take it several ways, love, love/hate and more its up to the player.

The choices are they realistic like it's pretty straight forward what gets you on the love path or the love/hate path? Or more like some AVN where it's a pretty normal choice but it makes it do a 180 in the story and only guides get you to the path you want? Probs butchered that but you get what I mean

Yes it is very clear in the beginning but MC does fall in love with all 3 later in the game, they are his chosen.

At a guess there's an issue unzipping.

Some things to try:
- Use 7zip or winrar; windows built in extractor can get confused by large files
- Try to extract it to somewhere simple (c:\games or something), I've seen issues with people using funny characters or very long filenames in the path (c:\{PR0NZ}\ or very long nested names).

So I'm up to when bella becomes a chosen and I find it weird making her call me master, since not really into slaves. Molly I accept calling me that I guess. Question is does changing what she calls you make the dialog not make sense if it's not master? Like either I'd get her to just call me my name but not sure if that'll work with the dialog, boss is another since I'm kinda use to her already saying it and I don't find that being as weird. Tho do they always call you this or do they eventually use your name so it doesn't matter?

They pretty much always call you what you want. But there's one part where it's a teensy bit weird if they're all the same. "Master, master or master" or something like that.
