this will probably in future but not now just later on pregnant mode their a rub your belly animation and they have expression when they rub their belly. next well pregnant mod not only just a mode it also an alternate story like stage 4 there a flashback cutscene were its the ghost lady and sonic it was 9 months ago the ceremony happen months ago and sonic turns into a werehog and married to ghost lady and not only that the ghost lady is somehow pregnant and 9 months later she will have ceremony of her giving birth after defeat the boss the ghost lady give birth. but not right now this is for later after redeye finish

Well honey, she is a character that could be as the next playable character, since she's already with us in the soundtest. As for this boss, I haven't yet figured out the way the story will go, so something could always still change, or it could come out so that eventually the very concept for the next stage will change.
Well the mode itself is in beta without yet coming up with a new story, so it's hard to say how much of it will be used in the future.

by the way when i try the pregnant mode in the giving birth animation is the baby a placeholder
PregMode is awesome... (Though I really hope there will be a mode where characters will birth a more powerful version of foes once they lose their live. (Cyborg-Horse anyone?))
There is one flaw though: as I saw some time ago - there will be a stats reduction with each birth, but the player character simply loses her lives way faster for this feature .to show its effects. Perhaps there will be either increased health or reduced damage since they're already pregnant?

i don't know... this thing of pregnant mode is a little creepy,we have a pregnant animation with the ghost girl and probably some of the underwater stage enemy,im not sure about this but... well... everyone have their fetish so yeah,¿we are going to put every fetish on this game?,for example... some fetish with fecal wastes and probably some gore and etc... ¿or how is going to be?,in part... this thing of doing with someone being pregnant give me a little of goosebumps but well... if i want my fetish on this game too well... im going to accept every fetish of everyone too,¿no?. 
Remembering stage 6 I think it was going to be the casino city zone. The only two enmies I remember being talked about was that there were going to be wild dogs and a casino girl based off of one of the runnerups for the succubus contest.
mmmhhh... well... in part of that,in the old forum before of the actual,i rembember they said something of the stage 5 contains some iblis fire beasts monster but is changed to prehistoric jungle and the boss before is said to be a t-rex but is changed to be zeena.
whem they talked about the stage 6 in the casino they said two of the enemies is some drunk mobians who they make to us drink something to be drunk too and having fun together in a drunk state,and the other enemy from the casino are some sexy bunny girls,about the succubus contests,yeah... the succubus ended to be a female bunny.
about the stage 7 the city,they said the boss fight is going to be that female reporter who is going to use her microphone like a dildo,her name is gaby gazelle and she appears in one of the inter cutscenes during stage 1.
and at last,during the stage 8 the delta labs,we are going to have a boss fight with the two sheeps,i think their names are pilly and milly,im not sure about is their names or not but yeah.
about the final boss,they said venus is going to end transformed like perfect chaos but being colored in pink.

I think that in this case, I will probably increase the hp of the character and reduce slightly the demage in some enemies that inflict it really a lot.

Well, the "2pspawn" function defines that an item, an opponent, is to appear only when two players are playing. So, for example, if you want to increase the difficulty level for two players, all you need to do is add more opponents and add "2pspawn" to them, so they will only appear when the second player appears.
I'm not quite sure what you mean. Below I've given you a tutorial for putting opponents on stage. Maybe he will help you more to solve your problem.

Not necessarily, the pregnancy mode was a mod to be done by another person. Generally in the plan, I had no intention of adding anything to this game after completing the main story line.
