If this is during the investigation into the missing money, well you miss out on a big chunk of proof that you didn't do it, you don't get blackmail material against Cassidy (if you installed the spy camera in your office). You'll also get fired from the office and miss out on turning the tables on Cassidy and making her your slave. You'll also miss out on the office harem and the CEO job.
So, you know, not a lot.

As Evil13 wrote. You get fired and need to find a new job, besides losing access to progress with the office gals, your current progress with any of them should remain. I heard some jobs actually pay more at the start while the pay of some raises higher depending on your stats... the office still has the best potential due to how promotions work, but it takes a while.
If you decline the "hot coffee" after the date, you should be able to make the meeting, I think

Actually, you can't. I checked the wiki and even if you have enough evidence it results in Cassidy leaving the game and you lose out on all of the Office CEO content. I ended up using the time cheat to move back in time a day which allowed me to play the office conversation and so far everything is good.

I think the meeting is at 23:00 now, while the hot coffee question is traditionally midnight.
I think you either lose Cassidy or can keep your job as her slave (depending on whether you reached 100%) and are not necessarily fired.
Still you are locked out from becoming CEO, thus other office storylines, most notably the harem. And you might not like the slave to Cassidy part.

This isn't the case. Either way the date ends at midnight. Normally you're able to roll back before the date started, but there was some sort of bug with mine because I was giving my date a gift and it wouldn't roll back before that point.

IIRC you can click "back" at the bottom of the gift screen and then continue to roll back further. You cannot "roll over" the gift screen itself however.

Tried that a bunch and it didn't work in this situation. Specifically, I was on a home date with Shiori. I could backtrack time on the date back to 20:00 but once I got to the gift menu, it wouldn't go any further. Back didn't do anything and I could only click cancel to get back to the date screen.

Also turn off the random schedule. She disappeared on me for like 2 months and just randomly showed up like nothing had ever changed. Was super weird.
