I DIDNT GET the band event, is there a way to get it with console?, i need it for anna and kleio scenes, they left because I have relations with both but I cant the two of them without that event

I would like to know if anyone's gotten the call back too. I haven't heard from him since the first call. If it is in the game then it is probably location and/or time based.
