Looks like if Jen and Lydia's Big News are available at the same time, you can only see one of them while the other I think goes off and sets it's condition without viewing it
So you could only view one? Neither touches the other in terms of code, so there would have to be something strange indeed going on. Could you post or send me your save file? (save menu -> save to disk)
EDIT: I found the issue, so no worries. Download the bugfix patch in the OP and it should fix it for you.

It's under the MC section, the Lydia button.
What’s the new Lydia strip club event? Also, when and where are the opportunities to knock up Lydia? Can only see the symbol when in the gym but it would be someone else and not the mc

The club event is a bj with the mc. Under the mc section select the lydia button. The options to knock her up are quite limited right now. For MC, there is lunch time lewd path, gym boxing love path, and gym stretching both paths. You have to explore a little, the icon isn't always listed on the first link if there is an in event decision on whether to do it or not.
Question: Will there be more content for those NOT on a pregnancy path?
Is pregnancy avoidable?
Yes it's optional. I'll be adding content as normal, with pregnancy only coming into play at the game's end (most likely). So if you knock a girl or not will affect your endings.
