Well yes it. It alternates some scenes. Same scenes will change a bit/get locked/get opened. And on the non Ava path it will be less drama. And later on both branches it splits to Ava or no Ava. Which will also be different depending if she is your gf or not.
MC does meet her at home on Avas GF path. But since he did not catch her masturbating it is the normal "Hey whats up?". And I try to avoid the most boring things. I don't see the point including Zuni on that path if they don't really have a reason to talk.

When you speak of "on Ava love path" does that just mean you chose to go to her work the first time?
Early in the game it means Ava becoming your gf or not. Later it means the game ends with ava or without.

Patreon is very important for the devs to maintain their ability to develop their project. Support of players is necessary for any dev.
I have to say that for subscribers of the second level and higher about once a week Kuvira posts renders with our favorite characters in his discord. Let's just say that there are incest scenes that will never make it in the main game. There you can see renders with Ava and Zoe in one scene together, MC with his mom, MC with his sister and so on
yeah no hard disagree, far better to stay within their rules and not risk forfeiting the largest subscriber base.

That was a smart thing to ask because I see so may devs try and skirt around things, and it blows up in their face.
These days I don't even like to try games with incest if they are on Patreon because of how strict they are.
I am fortunate enough so that I don't rely on Patreon or any donation for my living. Which means I can pretty much relax and just concentrate on what I want to do and not what other people want me to do. However, I have enough to pay all my bills and food but I don't have enough to save for new equipment.
Except my graphic card which was a gift RTX 3080 (10GB) my hardware is around 6-7 Years old. It's basically my brothers old stuff. I am very often at my PCs limit while rendering. And not speaking about Animations yet. They are on another level.
So I hope with Patreon I can buy a new PC one day and so I prefer to ask them first before taking any risks.
