The thing is that it was supposed to have a NTR route at the begining. Don't know why be it changed to light cheating... And indeed I am disapointed ^^

That is actually easily explained.
When everything is still a concept things might look different than they will be later on. And it's my first game so specially back then I had like 0 experience. The whole time before I even started rendering pictures and putting them together in renpy writing down things like NTR here and NTR there was pretty easy. But then when the game made the first steps I realized that it is not that easy anymore.
While the harassment from the boss on Ava's first work place had a way bigger part. And there were a lot of other things planned.The younger guy on Ava's last workplace. Even on Zoe's birthday.. I just realized staying on this way Lovephobia would become just common NTR slop. Ava is not like that.
For like 95% or even more Lovephobia is just another game like all the others. But for me it's much more. All my heart and all my emotions are in last 6 month are in that game.. destroying it(in my eyes) just to please people is something I can't do.
But I understand that you and probably a lot of other people are disappointed.

For a Love titular emotion as a phobia .. this is a hook up nonanza with shifting untrustworthy characters. If ”saving” your bae form each and every other person on Earth is mandatory to ”keep her love” and not let her slip via scripted interactions into NTR, this is not love, just a hook up simulator with the stat building of being hateful, unloving, emotionless and giving into your base instincts of whatever the script or the bull or the vilain wants you to do - totally nothing to do with love or character building, certainly no phobia if all it takes is external incentives like a bull a boss or a vilain or bully to dictate what the character is. So, if you let it to the script, it will Hard NTR Neuter the player, only if the player Interacts and Intensely Alters the script to resist the scripted hard coded NTR, is this a game or any kind of entertainment apart from reading one page at a time and letting the scripted train wreck go full throttle.

Depends what YOUR definition of NTR is, but

One of the LIs has a boyfriend. You can (if you want to) have sex with her.
You will also (with your choice) see her having sex with her boyfriend.
You can also encourage your girlfriend (with your choices) to make out with another girl that has a boyfriend.
I'm not 100% certain, but there also might be discussion about another girl (not LI, but SG) having sex with her husband.

Technically there is no actual NTR.

There is a main love interest, the main girl of the game even, and if you are on her love route then she will stay faithful.

However if you cheat on her then that puts you on her cheating route and she will sleep with someone else 1 time (hasn't happened yet). However it's less NTR and more just basic cheating. NTR usually ends up with them taking the girl away but that doesn't happen here, it's just a one time thing and you decide to stay or leave.

I have one question: if i agree to kiss zoe does it will lead to break up with Ava at the end?? I don't want that as Ava is pushing MC towards Zoe.

There isn't a cheating route where Ava constantly cheats.

The cheating route is the MC cheating on her and on that route she will cheat 1 time, once only, a singular happening.

The only way a swinging route could happen is if the dev completely rewrote their characters. The whole reason Kuvi decided against having an NTR route is because Ava sleeping with other people like that does not fit her character. Anyone playing the game can see that.

I think it's more out of character for the MC than it is for Ava. I do not see the MC willing to share hell I think he has even said this once or twice not 100% on that. If the MC wanted to I could potentially see Ava doing it one time if it was with the right person / couple under the right context. But this game hasn't even shown any decent guys outside of David but he comes across like the MC where he wouldn't share or cheat on his girlfriend .
