The save option is only available after you went through the intro (first 4 days I believe) by clicking esc or right mouse button.

I think I fucked myself. I got to the point where I'm supposed to wait for Katerina to visit the house which is supposed to trigger automatically, but I used the cheat mod to skip the day and it's not happening. Does anybody know another way to trigger it?
You can try to just end another day without using the skip day function of the cheat mod. If this doesnt work I guess you would need to go back until the day Katerina visited you. Or use my save file (unpack in save folder), go to 00:00 and then slepp until morning.

Problem with cheating like that is it's difficult to help, you are doing things the game doesn't allow.
Cheating comes with a risk in that if you mess up your game, typically it's down to you to fix it again. Usually means reloading an earlier save.

Is anyone else having problem with the quest log (bug ?) that does show anything but four quests (same from game start, mia was already there) ?
Any clue how to get the quests ? (I'm stuck in game and even with walkthough not able to go further, so, I hope there will be clue in quest logs)

Downloaded this again and loaded my v18 save.....the game won't move forward from chris's sex scene. I'm left with 2 options...doggy and repeat. No other option appears at any time....
Figured out the problem....its a resolution issue. My monitor is 2560x1080 and it cuts off the part of the screen with the finish button and running in window mode fixes the issue but I hate window mode

Did you tried every single day of the week? I know Bill is very very often in Annie's room but there should be 2 day or so who he isn't there, thats your chance.

Try saving the game at the precise hour that occurs, load that savegame and visit Annie then.
