I had similar problem, in the end, I just ended up deleting everything and download 14.0 from the G.drive link. What I did earlier, was using your patches all the way from 12.0 to 13.3, they all worked fine, at least they showed no problem when patching and when I started playing. Though, I didn't really do much testing for 13.2 and 13.3. Then when trying to patch from 13.3 to 14.0, I ran into similar issue as he did and well, already told you the rest.

So there's no way of telling you to do this on this day, do that on that day, because for that to happen, a person would have to replay everything from the start to the end every update. And nobody who has played and will spend time working on a walkthrough would want to do that. Even if we're to use cheat and edit save, it would take too much time and effort to repeat everything, and if you're asking for a walkthrough without cheat/save edit, the grind will kill a person 10 times over before they could finish that walkthrough. Basically, use your brain instead of trying to get people to tell you what to do.
