You load the file included in the folder of the game in an image editor and add a new column of colors. Then save it/overwrite the original.

I tested it myself with the latest build. Before that it was enter but that's for the inventory now and V works.
Even the controls txt file says so.
Somehow nobody noticed v21 getting released a week ago, or nobody thought to post it here?

Well it's always public. Besides doing fanservice to super lazy people by posting it here there isn't much need to post it here at all. X3
I see it as free advertisement for the developer who (in my personal opinion) really deserves it.

I usually notify or due my update on post 102 if something significant like control changes happen. v21 I believe is just very minor additions though.

I made some color palette alternatives. Though, these color palettes are based on Neptunia characters. Took me about an hour or less but this was made mostly by trying to mimic the hair and eye colors to the best of my ability.

v22 has been out for some time now. It further lets you get an idea of how to play the cat girl. There is basically one set of animation and it's the global one for all enemies.
