The dev said something about cuckold are we the one who cucks someone or do we get cucked in which case ill take a hard pass on the game even if optional because i dont trust that.

Because sadly a lot of the posters here don't know what netori means. Also you do cuck the other guys so it's also a true use of cuckold.
Until tags like ntr are fixed there will always be questions to be asked to clarify content
P.s. near the beginning there was a scene with Carrie that asks the player if they would enjoy being cucked. I don't know if its still there or has content made for it because it ain't my bag...

You would be surprised how often they use neto-whatever you call it as a jump scare to spring on unsuspecting gamers

Again I haven't replayed the beginning since it was reworked. It was optional content... if it was ever made I have zero clue.

wait so in this game the company is an escort company and they are basically prostitutes? if that's the case then I guess ill pass on the game thanks for the info.

In the beginning, MC has to be considerate to the doctor, she is free, she is a wild fire, she is gorgeous,
MC has to be sweet and acknowledge plus choose to respect her and not let others predate her.
MC is the offering boss lady gives her doctor friend. MC can be cute and cuddly and love her as he should,
or MC can be a creep inviting creeps to invade her privacy and molest her.

has been doing extra services with clients, being a former porn star, but for the duration of this game,
she is not doing it anymore,
but her husband keeps pushing her towards a 3some and she chooses Luke after she makes it clear she is not
a prostitute, she is not doing sex with clients anymore, she wants to do this one concession to the husband but
cannot be with him after that, so MC gets her as a clean slate;
- the other is a working sex worker who does couples counciling on sex positions and everything,
which means she does all sex with her clients.
MC can get her exclusive, can get her but let her have other clients or he can keep her to himself.
She has a boyfriend tho and MC will have to decide what it is he is confortable with.
That is it about the doing other people girls. MC gets the jist before he ever needs to make any decisions.

finally finished this, looooooooooong game so i'd guess not many updates left, crazy story although many men dream about it, can't say that game lacks sex (totally opposite), quite good graphics (not best but not worst either) and models same.
