Hmmm, I can't see any reason why that would be in the hints code :(
Maybe something to do with the way the hints are structured? Because there's no final 'else' or the last if being >= instead of ==, if the value for one girl doesn't match any of the values it overflows into the next label.

Even still, I've just checked Meg's hints and set her progress from 25 incrementally up to 29 and had no issues. Currently I can't see any place where it would overflow.

I skipped v0.19 before playing this one and also had "I should continue Meg's storyline." show up on Meg's hints, so it might not be in a state added this update.
I also noticed in the hints code you skipped over "megprogress == 24" so I'd assume that's where your overflow is.

That character in the white latex that Katie talks to in the club, any chance she'll be showing up more often?

When she does get her custom suit from Katie's company we'll probably be there to help test it but she's not gonna become one of the main girls, as a matter of fact, I think we have met all the main girls the game's gonna get til the end.

She doesn't have to be a main LI, just show up a bit more. Have a photo shoot or become a regular at the club or something.

I did, no idea how I managed that, thank you!

Maybe, we'll see. Might show up for a photoshoot, but no plans for any other scenes with her.

I would recommend replacing the ifs with elifs, and having an else at the end saying something like 'Error: Unknown progress value: 24' or something, that would make it much easier to spot similar errors in future.

It's been on my to do list for a while. Maybe I'll actually get round to it for V0.21 :p

I think I'm soft locked. The computer hints for all characters, except Amber's, say "I should continue the other characters storylines". Amber's says "I should wait for Amber to check out that photostudio. I should look for more photoshoot opportunities with the other girls while I wait for Amber."

But I'm not getting any more photoshoot opportunities. Tried speaking with all of the characters and none of them give me the option. I unlocked Amy's first 4 shoots, Claire's first 3, Katie's first 3, Serena's first 3, Amber's first 2.

Any help?

You're missing at least one with Katie. Talk to her again on Sunday evening and ask her to model nude.

Played the game for a bit; waffled a bit about whether to give my impressions or not - I will, but try not to take them to personally,'cause unfortunately I haven't got much positive to say.

It's a porn game and porn game setups especially with this sort of protagonist tends to be kinda lazy, but this one takes the cake. Does he have some deep connection to the moon? Perhaps an astronomy fan that for years observed and obsessed with it? Is there some karmic payment for a past deed? Some wacky situation he accidentally gets involved in? No, absolutely nothing, it's just "oh, I'm vaguely tired so I'll just, uh, be in the middle of this lawn here and suddenly gain superpowers". And that's the exciting opening to a world of magic ...

And of course conveniently there's a girl around that right away starts helping out; leaving aside his childhood friend being infinitely supportive (despite him being a creepy perv, of course). But, okay, it's just setting up the story, maybe once it gets going a bit ... ? Naw, again, nothing. All the female characters are just waiting to be helpful little sex friends for the protagonist, none of them require any sort of effort on his part ("oh you're vaguely nice and only want me to model for free for you, how could I not absolutely love you?"); let alone does it have anything much to do with his superpowers. I mean, one early point is literally "this girl has a secret she's thinking about right now!" - which the plot doesn't resolve via, I don't know, perhaps using the MC's literal mind reading ability? Naw, just go to her friend who readily blurts out her roommate's biggest secret to some guy she vaguely knows because she thinks that's a great idea. Instead the mind reading ability is used for amazingly deep insights like "she's sunning by the pool so maybe I should bring some sunscreen".

Sandbox started out very narrow, then got a little bit better as time gets on, but doesn't seem to keep developing that way. It's largely linear so for the most part feels like a waste of time. It's just going around triggering the next event; there's no deeper mechanics or much of additional non-story content you can visit or that's there for any immersive purpose or that'd otherwise justify the sandbox environment. Not having to ie grind stats and automatically earning money per week I applaud, but this might as well have been a VN.

Visuals I thought were okay though nothing that stands out (difficult to do that, granted, I think this level is fine, generally speaking). Prose per se is okay too; sometimes a bit too rushed but compared to some other games at least it feels like actual people talking to each other (most of the time anyway) and isn't riddled with a thousand grammar and proofreading mistakes.

That's about it. I guess I should have taken a closer look at the reviews because despite a decent rating it seems these observations aren't exactly new. Oh well. I think I'll go a little bit further just to see, but doubt it's going to change much overall.

All fair points, but some I feel need addressing as they're not entirely accurate imo.

No, absolutely nothing, it's just "oh, I'm vaguely tired so I'll just, uh, be in the middle of this lawn here and suddenly gain superpowers". And that's the exciting opening to a world of magic ...
It's explained that Lunar picks people at random, because she thinks it'll be fun. There's no need for any connection to her to be chosen by her. As for napping in the park, personally I don't find that unusual. People lay down on the grass and relax in parks all the time. Although in this case, he didn't nap, so much as pass out. It's also not a coincidence that the player meets the people he meets, she might be nudging things a little...

The story pretty clearly spells out that his powers are limited at the start to only being able to work when people are relaxed and even then, only being able to read what they're thinking about at that exact moment. There's a whole scene where you do try to use your powers to find out her secret, but she's only thinking about whether to tell you or not, not what the secret actually is. As for her roommate telling you, does it really seem that odd? Claire doesn't think Amy has anything to hide or be ashamed about and she see's the player is also researching magic and suspects he may be able to help Amy in some way. So her telling the player fits her character.

As for the sunscreen, as I said, he can only read what they're thinking about right as he's reading their mind. As you say, someone wanting sunscreen while sunbathing seems pretty fitting does it not?

Sandbox started out very narrow, then got a little bit better as time gets on, but doesn't seem to keep developing that way. It's largely linear so for the most part feels like a waste of time. It's just going around triggering the next event; there's no deeper mechanics or much of additional non-story content you can visit or that's there for any immersive purpose or that'd otherwise justify the sandbox environment. Not having to ie grind stats and automatically earning money per week I applaud, but this might as well have been a VN.
The latest update added five more repeatable events to the sandbox, with more being added every update. There are also additional optional scenes available, such as the storyline with Vee, and secret images to find. I admit, there should be more to a sandbox, but the game is a work in progress. More will get added overtime. Unfortunately the early game would require a complete rework to flesh out as I was new to this and didn't really know what I was doing when I started, which is reflected in how bare bones the early game is.

isn't riddled with a thousand grammar and proofreading mistakes.
You should see the game before my wonderful community reports grammar mistakes and typos. I have them to thank for there being so few, without them it'd be horrendous :D

That all said, thank you for the feedback, please don't feel like I'm telling you that you're wrong with your opinions, just hoping to provide a bit of an explanation. Feedback like this is incredibly useful, I love negative feedback when it's constructive because it gives me things to work on and lets me know areas I can improve. So thank you for taking the time to write it and for being constructive with it :)

Pretty sure I've more or less reached the end of current content, looking forward to more. I would review but in my head this is easily a 2 or 3 star but in my heart its 4 or 5. Few games manage to be so mind numbingly infuriating and also endearing. I can see this one turning into an all time great once the content gets fully fleshed out and maybe a rework of the begining.

More non-futa meg plz.
