It was already released like 4 months ago; someone just added it here.
The "complete" edition only adds the Veil DLC which wasn't here until now, but this is the same as the OLD S4 v4.10.1, v4.10.2 just added the asset pack you view on your hard drive.

This game is so weird. Most often the English is perfectly understandable, but then randomly it takes a complete nosedive into the unintelligable. And the MC is obviously supposed to be a "Good Guy", but randomly he just starts acting like a complete asshole.
