They don't touch though. The lesbian tag is bogus and should be removed. I played the whole damned game through hoping they would, in which case I was going to jump on his Patreon, but nope. I'd like two hours of my life back now.
As usual, deep-dicking your mother is totally fine but for fuck's sake don't let the mom and sister touch each other, that would be weird. Russian developers, as a rule, just do not appreciate lesbians very much. (And f/f incest is just under-appreciated in general, IMHO.)

As for acutal F/F stuff-- It depends on how much you identify with the MC. Personally I don't give a shit what the MC is doing, I just like lesbian scenes because I find hot girls a turn on, and naked men a turn off, so if I can have a sex scene without naked dudes in it then that's great. If someone redid this whole game with the MC being a lesbian I'd be happier, because then instead of looking at an ugly dude waving his dick around I'd be looking at a hot girl dominating other girls, which is much sexier IMHO.
Basically, it depends on wether or not you see it as "watching porn" or "being the character".
Games that have better immersion I have a different attitude about. For example, something like DFD wouldn't make sense with a female MC; that game has good writing, so i can get into it and identify with the MC, despite the fetish content.

)Lesbian is a rather broad and inaccurate tag in that regard as you stated yourself, as in this game Bi would be the correct label.
In Regards to immersions... this one isn't that bad actually if I ignore the characters face and just play him like myself I can still enjoy it and the writing isn't actually that bad either... but these are personel oppinions.
