The cheat mod contains a file called elite mod 37. It does not contain a file called dgn.

The instructions say what to do with a file called dgn.

The video shows the elite mod AND a file called dgn.

The other fellow is asking where to find the dgn file, and so am I.

Yep, they remade whole thing, then removed incest patch so now they're absolute strangers. And that's NOT the only change for worse.

I and others are asking where to find dgn.rpa.

The dgn.rpa should be found inside the Cheat Mod folder (Lust_and_Power-0.37-cheat-modv2.4.zip) that you downloaded (which you get from Terrazero's link) and extracted then putting it inside Lust and Power's game folder.

It should be looking like this (I hope this helps):
