I want to see after a couple of updates that progress the story beyond what the old art had, if anyone still misses the old art then. Or if they will be too busy fapping away at the game and loving the slightly faster update times. I'm sort of saying missing something you liked when it's gone is normal in the first few weeks or months, or when the update with the new art didn't even surpass the old content yet... but wait... in a few more months the art wont be on anyone's mind.Nah, I can understand being disappointed about it. That'd be one thing, plenty of people have reasonably expressed disappointment, and I miss the old art too. But the whining in this thread is just unhinged. The previous artist walked off the project mid way through and possibly withdrew their consent to using the art already made. There's just nothing the Dev can do about that. So it's either cancel the project or replace the art, there's no luring or conspiracy about it. Shitting on them for it is dumb. Peoples art tastes differ for sure but its not that subjective. There is a pretty clear spectrum of standards. An anatomically accurate, properly colored and well shaded character is going to objectively look better than a monochrome stick figure cranked out in MS paint. The new art for this game is, and this is a plain fact here, not a bunch of stick figures cranked out in MS paint. It's actually good. Just as good can be a question for taste and you're absolutely not alone on where you land there. But to say that it's ugly or bad or trash is just ridiculous.
Personally I already forgot the old art. So it's easier for me to accept the new one.
This same thing happened in female agent, they switched to a new art style and there were complaints in the beginning, and now nobody cares, the new art is fine, it's still of high standard and people are enjoying the faster paced updates.
