The "Bonus Room" found in the Phone is the "Store", if you missed an Amber heart you can purchase it here. Also she has an outfit to purchase if you still have enough coins.

Then you can finally "play" with Amber.

I loaded my save from previous version, had the serum in my inventory. After the scene in the kitchen where you get your keycard it is gone :/ is that supposed to happen?

It works also for hearts - just don't go over 99 (I have tried with 999 gold and after buying scene/outfit i couldn't leave store - game freeze). I have edited items on
