-1 security access card added (get rice from kitchen to wash it off) then you get access to new area
-2 items added (tube of lobe added + roll of tape)

Thanks for the reply, figured out what i did wrong. I seemed to have missed picking up the card in the first place, the quest started anyway, but the the rice didn't trigger then..
