After Amber gives you Glitter Lipstick go into the Basement and inside one of unlocked rooms, Elizabeth or Violet. Give her Glitter Lipstick and she gives to you Tape Recorder and Security Card which unlocked room opposite to the room number 8. Both screenshots are from 2nd floor.

So playing on hard mode, is there no way to get full hearts for each woman? By my count there should be 2 left over. I'm assuming they will come in later updates.

I'm stuck finding the last 4 security chips. Anyone know where they are located at? Need to open the second door in the basement
While it does seem like there is something missing, from what I understand, a zip file would not be able to be extracted, if it were corrupt / something were missing. I downloaded it (and other games with such "game.exe" formats, many times, even via the Patreon links, yet to no avail. The fact that even the Mac version's problem manifests the same way (new windows with root directory and NLT logo in upper left corner, yet no way of selecting/opening any file or folder) leads me to believe that all dozen or so computers on which I have tried to run these "game.exe" and Mac-equivalent files all have the same systemic issue, and/or I am just super-blond and missing something very basic. Be that as it may, I'll just (have to) content myself with all the other great games on here that don't use this "game.exe" format.
You can get water from the pond by the cemetary.
In the back where your raincoat is lying on the floor, there's two gauges with keyholes below them. You can use it on that.

1- second climbing shoe (Found the first in a red box) - Update: Never mind, found it .
2- unlock laser 9 & 10 (10 is in the dark library room)
