Go to the southside of the vent, use the ladder on the welder. Then, all you have to do is go to Buddy in the forest with the "Metal Ladder."

Ok, folks. Anyone having problems with lightnings,

- starting menu: OPTIONS ----> always dash -----> ON

- while playing: PHONE ------> move speed ------> FAST or HYPER!

Moreover, save often. ;)
