It's the special "multi-vitamin (facial) cumshot". You have to collect 10 multi-vitamins and in "Play" mode interact with the multi-vitamin bottle on the bed

Choose a girl, and ask to play.
You go automaticaly to the room where you can see the multivitamin bottle on the bed.
Click on it, you will cum ten times on the face of the girl.
Go back to the secret room and you'll find the new girl...

Make sure that the name of the IconSet.rpgmvp no extra characters.
