It is not a spectrum of gay, and it is in no way the equivalent of real-world transgender. The debate on this has been run a thousand times. The data is clear. People who are into trans are not necessarily into futa and vice versa. If YOU feel that futas are too close to real-world trans, that's a valid point of view, but it is far from universal. Different people appreciate the same things for different reasons, and vice versa.

Since the devs and the ipatch creator are both responding on here it seems a good opportunity to ask:

Why don't all games that could potentially be incest just ask us to define relationships like a few games do? Isn't that a simple workaround the Patreon policy?

So true. Anyway, devs should really just do the full on avoid futa option or give the possibility to choose whether the character is futa or a girl. Its an everyone wins angle. I swear i remember that character not being trans, but i will give the benefit of doubt to the dev.

Futa girl is always been there. The only difference between the old plot and this one, is that it's not directly avoidable since the very beginning, but she became a futa because of a magic spell. In the next updates you'll have the chance to get her normal again if you want to. Basically now she has a lil bit of better context to be like this, and not just because it's cool. Hope I've made it clear. Cheers!

Wrong. Patreon ToS became really strict over the last year, and it doesn't allow what you wrote above. If there are hundreds of games doing so, it doesn't mean that this doesn't break patreon ToS and they're out of risks.

People have been interested in futanari long before they even knew trans people existed, and remain interested in futanari while having absolutely no interest in trans people.

This proves you didn't actually play the game.

-Yes it was always in the game.
-Yes there's more context for the futa character to be in the game and you cannot make the choice of what you want to see in the first quests.
-There are literally 0 sex scenes in the current version with the futa character, and for everyone having doubts about it, you'll be able to choose what you want her to be as soon as we start adding scenes to her. So...what are you even complaining about?
