Problem occured when I let affection to go negative. That happend when I got caught peeping Mia in shower. I just played it again, that's why you should save game often.

The doctor never arrive and i cant see any boob in the game. If i pek in the shower and they caught me it decrease love, but nothing more happen....

This game is still shit, no sense of activity tracking, renders good but such a grind I binned it. Life is way too short to fuck around with this.
