I had same issue... Unity games don't work anymore...
Solution is simple... Install windows 10 creators update(i think its build 1703 or something).... then use DWSlite.exe to stop windows update...
or
if you use only wifi... then after installing windows set your wifi network to metered connection... it will stop windows upgrade...

FYI: Developer replied in a Patreon post that there's about 20min playtime.

The game does not work correctly, there are mostly just blue screens, tried reinstal. maybe it need some bugfix for this. Anyway the game looks promising, thx for that...

I guess u cant open the door of the hospital,neither I.And if you go back to school,you will find Elizabeth was killed by Sarah who become a zombie. So just kill Sarah once after u finishing the conversation with Elizabeth.She is a beauty anyway

So... After reading the walkthrough it turns out this game is super linear with many opportunities to irredeemably fuck-up.

Not a good start.

Also, pixel-hunting should've died in the 90's.

Nice art though.

This game has great potential. The characters are beautiful and the renders are top notch! Hope the dev can keep up the good work, eagerly looking forward to episode 3. However the unity engine has it's cons which means in this case the gameplay feels a little stiff and without the walkthrough you pretty much just roam around and don't know what to do next
