Keep exploring city until you find the abandoned warehouse. If you go forward and right you will find a card right again and down the ally. Then turn round and head back you will be jumped by a zombie and Mia saves your ass again. If you've already got that bit then go back and go right. And head to the corhner cards are there. If you haven't been there go left and right to get it all

Well apparently you just have to look out the window first thing in the morning - maybe do it a couple of times, and then she just shows up. A little lame if you ask me; or creepy if that's what the dev is going for. Something might not be right with this girl
