I don't really remember which is which, other than the last couple, but in the first post, there is a section called 'cards', you can get that and it will show you all the locations. Just look for the ones you don't recognize.

Random find dureing explorations in the town center

EDIT: Is it just me or is the resolution/screen width buged?
I use the same resolution as earlier games, the top 1-2 cm of the screen seem to be cut
