Problem is not that. Some other devs also do this. But they send this content directly to the paying customers not put in the main game. This should be the way. Now the game has a kink which according to dev it won't have. Making it avodiable doesn't really matter. It's in the game. What's next? Where is the line? Can I ask 3 horses gangbang Jessica for 500 dollars for next update? Overwhelming majority of successfull adult games in the scene are harem/romance games. Like for example Harem Hotel: Do you think think it's dev would add bonus NTR scene to the game for 500 bucks? If he wants he can even charge more than Inceton for NTR whales. But not everything is about money. Principles and promises are important as well. Again nobody said that the dev shouldn't make custom content for money. But why on earth you put it on main game where everyone can play it? Just send it to the customers who pays for it. It has been said that this game won't have ntr and the dev has a other patreon which only has ntr games. So why would you put NTR scene in the game? Being custom made and non-canon doesn't matter at all

Why does that scene being there matter to you if you'll never see it and it's not canon? Even if it was canon, it's not ntr, it's blackmail.
And more importantly, since the dev has already done the work for that scene at the patreon's behest, why shouldn't more people see it?
If people enjoys that kind of content why whould his NTR patreon account is a desert comparing to his main account? NTR is niche as fuck despite small number of NTR/Cuck whales out there. There is not many if any FULLY NTR games making the big bucks. Ok let's make democracy so ask his patreons whether they like custom ntr scenes in the main game or not. See how many people actually want this scenes in the game and how many oppose to it. It's that simple

To be fair, as someone who dislikes Ntr and blackmail rape in porn, I still find it acceptable for the dev to put a bonus scene after a patreon paid him 500 bucks for it. People don't complain about the rape scene in season 1, do they? What most people complain about is either the idea, the tag or the images existing, since most skip through the game as fast as possible anyway.
Though, it would be perfectly ironic if Inceton "cucked" the 500 patreon guy by removing the first bonus scene after a second is requested, just 'cause.

Because he promised at the beginning of game that this will not have those kinks Canon/non Canon does not matter and for exact reason he has separate site. It's about ethics, you don't see these kinda shitshow from other big developers.
You don't get it. People are not mad because Inceton make a custom scene. Some other devs do that as well. I remember Virtues dev did same thing ( although he stopped making it after it got leaked afaik). But other devs who does the similar custom scenes send this custom scenes directly to the customers. They don't add it into their main game. They don't put NTR content on their non-ntr game. They get paid, they make the scene customer wants and send it to the customer. It's easy as that. That's the way to do it. Plus Inceton literally has a patreon for his NTR games, if he really wanted to share this custom scene that much, he could share it from his ntr patreon and don't put ntr scenes in a game which suppose not to have NTR custom or not doesn't matter

Considering that according to Graphtreon inceton gained ~ 1500 patreons the last 6 months, I'd assume your point is invalid. Though it's a bit more nuanced than that because there are more than one games in active development. Also the ntr account is way newer than the main one and it's also on the rise.
