All of that does not sound very pleasing. Still, being a fan of Project Sage, I was very happy about this project, liked the story so far and would want it to continue. Did I get it right - the development will go on, won't it?

Well this all just... baffling. It was an entertaining game, all this foolishness wasn't necessary. Didn't just shoot themselves in the foot, they also poured a canister of salt into/onto the bullet hole.

If that's all you care about then yes, you can keep wanking to your favourite game.

The dev had a rant about being a victim on his patreon, then he deleted the rant the next day so he's now going through the "oh shit I shouldn't have said anything" phase of denial.

Peeper Tier: April 5th, Public: May 5th.

I'm sure a month of early access for 1$ patrons will work out perfectly well and nobody is going to leak it, right...?

Questionable choice of monetization for a mid-effort porn game with stolen graphics, even if you disregard the absurd pricing of the higher tiers.

He's now removed the public option and put the game under a creative commons license.

While I can understand his frustration over all of this (guilty or not), Patreon's discovery system is pathetic, even more so for anything NSFW, so while sites like F95 are pirate sites they offer more discovery than any other site out there.

Almost every game I've supported on Patreon/Subscribe Star only happened because I saw them on here and liked them.

He's basically trying to kill his own game...

Also his Patreon tiers make no sense, why are there so many, with the tangible difference between them is the release date, but as he releases so often you're always going to have a release every month, so why would you subscribe for so much...

Hmmm. I wonder what would happen if someone notified Illusion Soft about this copyright idiocy?
There is a reason for the lack of HS graphics games on steam...

Wow, I liked his games but it seems as though he has gone into self destruction mode. Sad really. Maybe when he has calmed down in a couple of months he will reconsider things.

I Love Exhibition games... i really really hate this engine though, the characters have such sharp edges and things often just dont look right. Its not an issue with the creator or the story but the engine is damned ugly. i'm not going to rate the game one way or another based on the engine (also i saw the warning on the first post so i dont want to get involved with that shit) but i wanted to put my 2 cents in.

Seriously, I have same wave as you. And I dont think f95 is a pirate site. Some of developers themselves posted the game here to gain popularity. And this Naykid, need to understand about the market of Adult games. It is not everyone in f95 are just waiting for freebies. Developers who posted here want to gain potential patronages. The way this Naykid described the whole situation to protect so called the work is going to spoil his potential patronages.
