It's possible. All I'm saying is not all scenes that the dev post on his Patreon is actually Canon in the game. A lot of it is Fan service and what-ifs.

None of these are in-game canon (at this stage). It's comedic sketches that is loosely based on events related to the game. (Like a what-if in an alternative reality of the game or possible a dream scenario of one of the gaming characters)
So yes, it is possible that some of these scenes could occur in the game, but also very likely that they don't.
The one in question is not in the game at this stage as far as I know, but might be on one of the paths. (I have not played the last update yet, so I could be wrong. - I like to wait and play longer chunks)

As for the scene, Anna, Sheila, Curtis - it's a scene from the game, not from the additional gallery. But this scene is optional - just one of the many ways the exhibition of Patti's paintings can end. You can avoid it in many ways.

I haven't played in a long time. Does it seem like Patti feels remorse for cheating on her ex- husband and wants to get back together with him? Would be cool to have the option to reject her lol

This one.... I think it's a memory. There is a little box in his hand, so this might be a flashback to when he proposed to her.
I see Patti as a tragic figure.

Of course, none of it is real. We all know he is actually an evil man. But part of his danger is his charm and deception to pull you into his web. He is a really well written antagonist. I mean even Ramon looks like a puppy compared to Chris.
He reminds me a lot of the Antagonist in A Mother's love. Just his presence alone is menacing.
I mean, I even fear for Anna once she meets him. I'm afraid he will be able to manipulate her as well. (I doubt it, but it's possible)
