Yeah, it's best to focus on one girl or one collectible per playthrough if you want to see everything from them.
Of course, all the main girls got a new free time event and some extra stuff for doing all their free time content. Eli didn't get that this update, but she gets involved in other ways.

Gonna try it even though it's text based, a question though, is there a possibility that if I pray to the God of Porn daily that this game might get 2dcg or 3dcg in future? Or would that be a waste of time for certain? 
The frequency with which these girls kick me in the nuts for no reason is concerning. xD

I really don't see it happening. The scenes were written without cgs in mind and would likely be difficult to translate to such. Beyond that is just the sheer quantity of scenes. If there was one cg per free time event, that's 9x5=45 cgs which would be really expensive I imagine. Event days seem even more impossible having nine girls plus the protag in one cg, there's be something like 9 of those I think. Well I like it so far. It's not a problem that there's no cg. Actually one my fav porn game is also text based (The Poor Whore, avaiilable on this website. Play it, really)
The only concern I have is that the environment is maybe too generic. I mean there are some free plugins that could improve the atmosphere (light, fogs, whatever...) to express more the domination, or maybe some different buildings. It's not much but could be a bonus maybe

So true about this game catering to many different fetishes. There are a lot of routes I will never take but I am glad they are there for the players who will enjoy them.And for my personal taste she is the worst lol, but still one of my favorite games. There we can see how this game brings joy to different kind of fetishes
The altar is the area South of the village that you were initially teleported to at the start of the game. She'll only appear if you have the previous 8 sneak attacks done first.
