did a quick search. new game seems to be called "Shadow Maiden Serenoxia". it appears to be a sequel to Celesphonia, since it has been stated to take place in the same universe and that it may have a cameo.

Combat form is a separate character. Transform in an apartment and customize appearance separately.

If I recall correctly, on the left side inside the explorer's guild, there is a door. Go into the room and talk to Jona. They'll give you the details.
