Is there a way to get the character pregnant? Because I am not entirely sure that the ovulation drug works or not.
With enough Creampie she will get pregnant even without the drug and multiple times a day if you have Memoria to fix the situation. 4 kids in 2 days and now I'm in a quest to see if there is a limit to how many you can have running around since there does not seem to be a downside.
Do I have be far into the game to do so? I don't think I do, but I am not entirely sure.

Saving the mother is an post-game content quest. Once you beat the antagonist in the main game, there are a few post game quests and saving her mother is one of those quests.
If I am thinking of the right thing, the body modification item increases the max sensitivity for a particular body part by 1. So, instead of a 0 to 3 rating for things like breasts, vagina, and clit, they gain a range of 0 to 4.
No arguments from me on that point.
That is just pretty much the standard Trope for the Japanese games. For some reason they seem to love the idea of cute protagonists being fucked and molested by fat, ugly, bastards, and various monsters. Also, it feels like they are in love with the idea of a 'Stockholm Syndrome' style of play for the protagonist, that somehow the more they get raped and abused, the more they enjoy it.
I have run into a few games where those are not the standard themes in a story, but they are fairly rare.

Are you new to hentai or what? Magical girls getting corrupted by monsters/ugly bastards is genre as old as hentai itself. It's basically the same idea as "gap moe" - cute and pure girl engaging in sexual relations with the opposite - ugly and evil. Real life example would be quiet and shy girl being wild AF in bed or "teen" porn category. Contrast makes things more thrilling. It's as simple as that.
Stakes are higher, too. Every magical girl show has an arc where one of the girls "joins the dark side" and this is basically hentai version of it. And it's an incentive to play the game properly and not lose, too (unless you enjoy ugly bastards and monsters).
So, if you don't like it - don't lose to monsters and don't fuck ugly bastards. While Amane is not interested in a relationship since she's devoted to her job as magical girl, there's plenty of ways to make her slut in a more consensual way. Exhibitionism, photo club club, compensated dating, lewd streaming - there are enough events to max her stats without touching any ugly uncles.
There's no game for everybody (because a game that's for everybody is for nobody) and this is especially true for hentai/porn games. Instead of complaining about the game, spend your time looking for something that matches your preferences.
