Because people get tired of the same old same old female protagonist games where you have no control and just take them around to get raped and molested by ever loser in the game. I prefer having a choice and be able to pick who and what I do things with. There is also the recall room where you can do all the shit you want in there whenever you want. So I focus on winning the battles and later if I want I can mess around in the recall room where you can adjust the different stats of the player before the battles by using the crystals. Then afterwards load save and move on.

Update on my error: when I saw jap chars in the titles, I basically ran the game in japanese locale emulator as I do for every japanese game and it always works except here, so it probably was not the case. Furthermore, I tried then to run the game outside of locale and it didn't work either. Then I tried to run the game in locale emulator + admin, and this worked.
Didn't try admin without the locale emulator though.

M'kay. I spoke too soon, for which I'm sorry. Many a time it actually is a problem of people thinking they ran something in Japanese locale, whereas...well, just setting the location in the region settings for Windows to 'Japan', or some such shenanigans... Sorry for the assumption.

At any rate, glad you've managed to get it fixed.

Most of the time a full save is provided by someone so you can easily just load up the full save if you want to see the porn. So at least in my opinion virgin runs are better cause the challenge of them makes the game more fun, and you don't have to worry about missing the porn cause you can either just replay the game afterwards for the purpose of getting every scene, or just use the provided full gallery save. Also this game like they said has a really nice QoL feature where the recall room unlocks scenes and refights on its own as you progress so even a virgin run unlocks the full gallery. Also there are plenty of non-porn games on the site, there is a no sexual content tag for a reason.

Yes there is a virgin run and you can make it through the game without ever doing anything. I already did it a few days back.

It's actually very very hard to lose unless you are actually trying to fail. Shine slash kills all non bosses usually in 1 hit and as long as you stock up on magic pots you'll be fine.

Protection is another good skill that you'll get that reduces damage and prevents the enemies from grabbing the FC and once you unlock regeneration using it with protection will allow you to keep your HP up.

If you have killed everything on every level when you are clearing the ark area you'll get a spell called double action which allows you to do two moves for 6 turns which is nice.

But a level or 2 after getting that you'll get an even better skill that when used with double action can really help you deal huge damage and that is the skill overglow which doubles all parameters for 5 turns.

At level 29 I was hitting the end bosses with 8K+ damage and when attacking 2 times in a row you can really dish out the damage. Also some of the enemies attacks didn't do any damage as well.

So I was able to go through the whole game without getting raped molested or cumming. You also get water that can reduce the FC's excitement and wet towels to wash stat inducing slimes and other stuff off of the character.

I mean I kinda look what each skill does when translating this and its a little bit cheaty but... yeah :v

If I were to sum up this game in one word... That word would be tedious.

Honestly, the gameplay was terribly repetitive and most of the difficulty either involved stat-sticks or stupidity involving battles where Rose starts off paralyzed or directly in a restraint lock, which forces you to burn more mana and usually a consumable or two to repair her costume.

It wouldn't be as bad if you got access to mana consumables sooner, but you don't. And by the time you do, they're horribly expensive, which makes the most efficient way to play involve some measure of needless grinding and repeated visits to the base to refill Rose's MP.

The art is good... but that's about the only thing that's really amazing about this game. Everything else is terribly meh.

On a different note...

Did anyone figure out what the deal is with that book you can get at the end when you finish the game and all of the gallery becomes unlocked? That thing and the super ring both seem pointless when there doesn't seem to be any sort of new game+...

Oh... and why the Hell does the Normal End not let you continue and unlock shit? That's just dumb...

I cant seem to replicate the bug manually but when for example moving around in the map and trying to interact with something or just simply being in battle and going throught the messages/battle log the screen seems to "crash" and wont show what is supposed to while the music/sounds in the background keep playing normally.
At that point i am forced to f5 and reload,i really dont think its due to my 1660s gpu since i keep monitoring its usage and such behaviour does not seem to happen in other "normal" games or emulators i play.
Using native jp locale settings if that helps at all
