You get changed into a female twice during the story. If you visit the curiosity shop and buy the voodoo doll, you can change into a female again for a scene. If you visit the eros shop before changing into a girl on yourself and buy a glass dildo, your character will use it on themselves while they are female if they were changed using the voodoo doll.

This pre-release version is also full of bugs. I mean, you can't even finish all routes in the retail version, and that one has been patched 5 times or so already.

So it's the best to wait for a while because the game is bugged now. And even if we get the DLC pretty sure those files could be bugged too.

Yeah I'd say so.All DLC Content adds ~950MB of extra content. Not to mention then there should guides and extra pdfs too.
That said, they've been releasing a-patch-a-day for bugfixes since public release so no matter which version you're playing rn-- they need fixing.
