if what i have done is correct... after a couple of meetings with the cult.... Ambrose calls you out and offers you "help" then you can enter his estate
iris is the maid that went back to archibald after you take lalita ,,,, so she is in the kitchen at the ambrose estate

i dont know how to look into saves.... all i know is as i introduced myself to other estates Viridius would have me come to cult meetings and eventually ambrose calls you on stage.... also if you complete all the estate invites and go back to the wall... she tells you you have to see ambrose and that opens his estate.... follow the story from there
not a bug... when you go to your room there is a maid outfit on the upper left side of the room ..... click on it and if you pick another color other than red... you put your suit back on and switch back to the maids outfit if you are into that sort of thing....lol
