It should be called まじこい.exe but the download from this site has the file named (Òü¥ÒüÿÒüôÒüä.exe) as seen in the screen shot above (the highlighted exe just below minato.ico)

Yes it dose there a icon on loading screen said extras on dose it not on yours click it it should say after story click it and you get it
