I see your point but you don't have to be so coarse about it. Many devs put out a 0.1 to test the market for the game.
As for why they don't "F.I.N.I.S.H." the game first before releasing, how are they supposed to know how it'll be received? And by the time it IS complete, it'll be too late to fix/change things. Get those done and out the way early, thus allowing more time for further development.

looks like v0.0.2 is out tomorrow. I have been looking forward to playing some more to see how it has progressed.

I enjoyed this game a lot, if the creator releases an update each month I'll 100% become a patreon. There's something about the character style that's just really nice 
I would recommend, not because of content but rather because the type of game. If you're into progressed content I think you should wait maybe 1-3 updates seeing as there's only 1 Nude-ish scene. Though, seeing as there's already 1 Nude-ish scene in 0.02 there should be more to expect

So if I understand correctly, the update has zero new content is only worked on the face and other things re-renders ?? why do you publish that then? if you had also saved you can do more and more dev the same just to change a little bit and that's it (it's also easier than trying hard to bring the game further) or
bring ridiculously small updates out where you are after barely 5 Min again through is really a huge disappointment I'm actually looking forward to the update but now? Nothing
