So what purpose does Reclassification do? Other then to get to the advanced jobs that a person couldn't have gotten at the start because of the lack of stats

You keep spells, spell slots, and HP.
So you could... level up as a high hp class (pirate, lord, etc) and then each of the single spell casters (Alchemist, Mage, Priest, Summoner) to have access to all spells and have high hp. You would finally reclass as w/e class you want to have skills of. This has been a pretty standard tactic since 1981 for these types of games; depending on the game there are usually some limitations (halving hp on reclass or limited number of reclasses).

Well that's certainly welcome news! While I enjoy NTR, I don't really like the idea of the MC being completely passive. I guess time will tell but I appreciate you and the other lad above, weighing in.
All the MC scenes are post marriage which itself requires a questline, and also the princess if you 100%. But they do exist and the protagonist can actually satisfy his women.

Also, just a weird nitpick, anyone else notice that Futon has been subtly trying to sideline the pigtail slyph (was it slyph? I forgot, I’ll include pic) girl as much as possible. Her face used to be everywhere, but now she has been downgraded to a side character in the game image on DLsite.

mtool works... partially. Some of the text, mainly UI related text and Item names/descriptions, doesn't get picked up by the automatic translation. Also it seems to break 90% of the voice lines as well.

Xebit is the main translator, who also declared IIRC he'll provide an UI translation before releasing the main one.
dazedanon stated he will not translate IF Xebit does, so IMHO it renders him a "backup" translator for this game.
I've never heard about Alex(GoD) but it will be wise to maybe coordinate work or sth.
I could incorporate an UI translation into main/base/repack package too...

If you've been waiting for years, what the fuck is a few weeks or even a month to not get a dogshit MTL? The stuff done by Alex is mediocre quality and he seems to miss translating basic shit like MAIN MENU OPTIONS.

Translating Kirikiri games may be challenging (like breaking the code). I doubt one can do an MTL and just release it w/o curating.
