Well, i'm probably stuck, or maybe i'm doing something's wrong but i simply can't process to veronica story after the HJ in the cab, My phone say it's time to see if she is jealous if i talk to amy, but i don't have any clue on how to do it. I've tried talking to amy every hour in the health club and nothing happen, she always ask me if i can work today. and if i talk to her at the neon club, before or after talking to veronica, nothing happen, she always enter with me, drink a glass and go back outside...

I've read somewhere that i need to increased star with amy to 10 but i don't know how to do it, i've finish the story of claire and ashley.

can anyone help me ?

That's exactly where I was stuck in my first playthrough. The problem was that I hadn't progressed enough with Claire's path. Amy won't talk to you before you reach the point you acquire/trade the massage oil for mom. Have you done that?
I know you say that you have finished mom's story but your problem seems identical to the one I had.

I downloaded the new update link from @Carlo S and it seems to be bugged? I tried starting a new game, but after I enter in the character name and skip the tutorial then it gets stuck between the "you can use your phone to send text messages ..." and "now I should wait for the right time to give Ashley and Veronica the concert tickets".

It just switches back and forth between those two messages when I click to advance. But moving my saves over immediately and then using the "continue" option seems to work fine.

Just a heads up!!

I have the exact same problem. Tried loading an old save (v0.6.6), and it loaded, but the same text problem
