just return to the house in the noon and the event will trigger if you have the tickets
I have the tickets but the event isn't happening for me. Do you need to be in a specific room at a specific time or something or is it just bugged for me?

It says "6.00 AM – Look the email, look for Her Diary", but nothing really happens. No reply from her and her bedroom door seems to be locked? Is there any requirement to get this event to trigger?

First find the guy in the night, try long routes, Neon, The Vault or Police Station, buy the tickets and 3.00 PM in the foyer (entrance) wait and both will be there
