Also when I go to moms office with bag she is not visible on the screen in the office . Only pc on desk is seen. can some one tell me what is wrong

Jeez, update has been out for an hour and you guys already asking for a walkthrough? It's a game you play, not a movie where you just sit back and watch all the action. Use the phone in game for clues on how to move forward with events.

No, it's the bug fix (they call them hot fixes, but that would indicate files added to the original d/l to fix an issue).
