Also stuck at same spot, tried lowering heart count to 9 and still don't get it to open up.

Are you playing with the latest version (0.8.0c)? If so, attach your save and I'll take a look to see what's going on. If you're playing with an earlier release, download the latest hotfix and transfer your saves (and mapping file) to the latest version and try again with Amy at Neon.
Is this game fun and good as much as Big Brother or Milfy City are? If so, would you order them for me?

Playing most current release .0.8.0c attached is save file. And thanks for the assist. Been scouring the forums but really stuck on this.

Okay, her stars are too high in order for that to trigger. They need to be lowered to 11 but you can't do that via the cheats. However, you can do that from Notepad.
So, open your save in Notepad, (make sure you quit the game to the main menu screen). Do a search for: <ID>3</ID>. Scroll down until you see <Name>Special</Name>. Change this: <Value>17</Value> to this: <Value>11</Value> and save the file (but don't close Notepad yet). Now reload your game and go to Neon and talk to Amy. After you've returned home with Veronica at 4:30, save your game and go back to the main menu screen again. Now change <Value>11</Value> back to <Value>17</Value>, save the file and exit Notepad then reload your game.

I downloaded the save file, placed it in my "savegames" folder, loaded it..still stuck and there are definitely no Vaults on the map.. XD
[dammit!! out of all the girls, it had to be Amy that i can't progress with, the hottest of them all IMO.. XD]

Well, you're all good to go now. What I did for you was the same thing I mentioned to @jmw4free to do a little earlier ago. @Faerin was the one who shown me how to fix that as I was thinking it may be a bug. But, it turns out it was because Veronica's stars were too high and lowering them from 17 to 11 did the trick.
I just want to ping you with a question, I'm new on this particular and thread and haven't given this game a shot in awhile. The fix you mentioned above, is this bug something that only occurs if you're using cheats or is this something I could potentially run into just playing the vanilla version of the game?
I'm only asking because it may impact my choice on how I choose to go into this game. I appreciate any insight you got mate. Cheers!
