I wanna visit Emma at home or ask her for a date at the beach but i tryed it over a week to visit her at home but i never ever meet her at home.

You can invite Emma to the beach from your home on Sunday at 9:00 am only.
At she is available at (her) home from Monday to Friday at 9 pm (I not sure if 9 or 10 pm) as long as you finished the coffee date with her after you met her at the gym.
The bed one, you need to watch netflix with her, and have wine (at least at first).
The beach one, you need to have the sunscreen, and invite her to the beach on Sunday morning.
You have to have breakfast with your family, and Ashley will suggest you go, then you can choose to invite Emma or Sophie.

On Windows, it's the Print Screen key.
Yes, there is a way to save.. Open the phone and click the down arrow..
Follow the hints by hovering your mouse pointer over the images in the bottom left.. They'll tell you what you need to do. If there are no hints showing, check your achievements to see if that character is at 100%. Or check your contacts list in the phone to see if they're being tracked. There should be a green check mark if they are.
And no, there is no way to scroll back through the dialog, but if you click the icon to the left of your backpack (inventory), it will give you a dialog history so you can reread what you might have missed.
If that doesn't help, you can always use the text file I wrote to give you an idea on what times certain things or events need to be done.
