Tried Both 7zip and WinRar tried both because in the past i had issues with 7zip and vis versa

There's a couple of things you can try.
One would be to check to see if there are any updates to your video card drivers. The other would be to go into Control Panel, run the "Device Manager" applet and expand "Display Adapters". What you're going to be looking for is whether or not you have multiple video cards enabled. If so, disable then one at a time while trying to play MotH. See which video card allows you to play without any problems.

I did disable my SLI setup just to see if that was causing it also running the lastest video drivers because Metro Exodus hates older drivers for some odd reason lol but yea no go :l i might just throw in the towel on this one as this is the only game to do this to me so might have to settle for good ol cg's

What OS are you using and can you tell me a bit about what video card you use?
It would also help me to figure out the problem if you could include a screenshot of the video card(s) you have installed. Go into Control Panel >> Device Manager >> Display adapters (expand this so I can see what cards you have).

Welp, just finished hundred percent with the finale new update. My expectations were way too high after the pregnancy ending for Ashley and i was left disappointed. My hope was that we would get an impregnation scene with all the family members in the "Impossible to Choose" ending, then a time jump to several months later we would get pregnancy sex, and then another time jump to nine months later with the three babies being born. Instead we get ah almost cheap facial cumshot and at the same time claiming to be the best ending. I know that there are more updates to come which means i don't feel right about rating this game yet because it is not technically done but the best ending definitely brought down the stars to average if i was rating it. It is definitely underwhelming for me. I still have hope that maybe the coming updates will update to best ending to at least some semblance of the ending i was hoping the best ending to be otherwise playing this game to it's entirety with the "Impossible to choose" ending just feels as a story empty.
