For the record , I'm not gonna make "update only" patch since the cg file has been changed and moved to another folder.

What software did you use to extract the game with? That might explain the issue you're having.

Tried Both 7zip and WinRar tried both because in the past i had issues with 7zip and vis versa

One would be to check to see if there are any updates to your video card drivers. The other would be to go into Control Panel, run the "Device Manager" applet and expand "Display Adapters". What you're going to be looking for is whether or not you have multiple video cards enabled. If so, disable then one at a time while trying to play MotH. See which video card allows you to play without any problems.

I did disable my SLI setup just to see if that was causing it also running the lastest video drivers because Metro Exodus hates older drivers for some odd reason lol but yea no go :l i might just throw in the towel on this one as this is the only game to do this to me so might have to settle for good ol cg's
