You more than likely need to go to the drug store to buy an item you need to unlock her 3rd ending. If you already have it in your inventory, go to bed and think about your future. Then click on Ashley and you see a 3rd option unlocked. If not, please attach your save and I'll take a look at it for you.

bro you need to unlock all character stats bro... I just resently finish the game.. today... and max jealousy and suspicions of ashly and mom.. to see the real/bonus ending...

Make Claire a sister or a daughter?
You can change the name, and how you will be addressed. For example, change the name Veronica to Daughter, and in the game she will be a Daughter. But age cannot be changed, there are no such parameters in the game.
